These were very well packaged and the shipping was clearly very fast, they arrived at my house within a day of shipping. The box was stuffed with shredded cardboard around the plants so they couldn't be crushed or break and the mass was wrapped in plastic wrap. It took a little doing to unwrap them all and pick out the cardboard but everything was in good shape. The selection was varied enough, eight different plants, with three of one and two of another. If you were giving these as gifts or party favors you would probably want some pots to drop these into, they come in insignificant little tan starter pots.Everything is thriving a couple weeks on after repotting. No complaints.

I've gotten succulents once before from a different provider and was excited to ad to my collection via a prime day deal now that I have some experience with this type of plant. At first I wasn't thrilled with the variety but if that's a huge issue for you you're better off researching what you like and getting specific plants; these guys are growing on me and I'm honestly happy I am learning about new varieties this way. They were reasonably well packaged, succulents are delicate and with any plant a few damaged leaves via mail is to be expected- only two of the plants had very minor damage. However, because they use a very stringy padding to keep the plants secure and in place during sipping it tangles with the leaves and pulled one of my varieties completely out of the soil.A horticulturalist from this company answered a request for identification on the guys with the red undersides that I posted on reddit- Peperomia rubella. I'm confident that this company cares and would help you if you had questions. I wanted to give this a better review but I also must add I don't think my peperomias are suppose to have curled leaves, and there seems to be a white "power" on them that I tried my best to clean off with a q tip. I've vetted a couple of other issues with the other plants by simply adding additional dirt because it either seemed like they weren't draining well enough or just didn't have enough dirt.Over all, I paid around $2 per plant which is fantastic, and the plants seem healthy for the most part. I would recommend this to someone with a bit more experience so they would be able to vet the minor issues. If you know what goes together well enough to do succ arrangements this is probably a good deal.. If you're 100% new to succulents try starting with a smaller group unless you have the time to research everything you get right away and are willing to lose a couple through trial and error.

Nice variety of plants in the package - NO DUPLICATES!!! I've purchased other succulents from Amazon and there was little variety and lots of duplicates in these "larger" packages. The packaging was amazing, no dirt was spilled during shipment, everything was topped with paper excelsior and wrapped in plastic - well packaged.Unfortunately 3 of the little guys didn't travel too well, but I sent a photo as soon as I got them and they shipped me out replacements ASAP - and those were received quickly and safely.Would definitely buy from them again.

I admit it. I'm not the ideal Amazon customer. I should write reviews more often. I'm usually pretty pleased with what I get (and I get A LOT) but I just never think about saying anything. This? This is different. I purchased the Costa Farms Unique Succulents Indoor Plants 11-Pack, Grower's Choice, 2-Inches on Prime Day. My daughter is using succulents in her wedding reception table decor, COVID willing. Since succulents have grown in popularity so have the prices. I wasn't expecting much at the Prime Day price but I figured it was worth a shot.I received the plants in two days. The packaging was quite impressive. You would have thought they were shipping crystal. All the plants and dirt were intact. Just one of the plants looked less than perfect. In the package was a piece of paper describing water and light needs. It also included an email address where you can ask questions.I sent them a picture of the one unhappy plant and asked if that was what it was supposed to look like. Not being a succulent aficionado, for all I knew it was a special variety. In just over an hour I received a message back from Noemi who arranged a replacement. This is customer service! I had to learn more about this company and found that it started as a small farm in Miami in 1961 and now has over 5,000 employees. By the customer service I received, I would have thought it was still a family enterprise. Bravo to a corporate culture who still puts customer satisfaction first. My only regret? I could only buy one at the Prime Day price :(

I usually kill plants that I buy. I wanted to try and develop a green thumb during quarantine so I started out with these. They came very well packed and healthy looking. Some of the dirt had fallen out so you will need to put the dirt back in and arrange them in their grow pots when they first arrived. One was a little wilted from transport but didn't take long to revive. Each plant is still alive six+ months later, and has grown significantly! I repotted them in June, only about two months after receiving them, as they were growing so fast. Make sure you buy specific succulent soil for repotting. I got three jade plants, and would have appreciated a little more variety, but overall it was a good mix of plants - 3 jade, 1 panda plant, 1 elephant succulent, 1 paddle plant, 2 pink echeveria, 1 red star shaped succulent, 1 green tree-like succulent, and 1 red succulent (possibly flaming Katy, not sure). The panda plant was actually three plants, and they are each in their own container now. Two of the jade plants were growing insanely large so I recently split them both, and now have five jade plants lol. Costa Farms is always excellent and highly recommended.

I am a very cheap person. I refuse to pay more than $4 for a plant, but all of my coworkers love them. After searching everywhere, I found these succulents at an extremely reasonable price (~$2.50 each for 11) and very well-reviewed, so I bought them.I was skeptical for how plants could actually be shipped in a box and arrive safely. They came packed with shredded paper to keep the leaves safe and wrapped in saran-wrap to boot. I unwrapped them and was surprised to find the plants not dying of thirst and lack of light, with their leaves plump and intact. There is a nice variety, alas, I cannot identify any of them, but here is a picture of them, just taken out of the box 10 minutes before I wrote this review. My coworkers will love them. Great job Costa Farms. Will definitely buy again for the plant lovers in my life.

I'm very impressed with the health and variety of these plants. There are 10 instead of 11, but they're worthy of 5 stars because they're bigger and better than expected. I received 7 varieties and 3 have twins. Arrived 2 days sooner than anticipated and all plants are in perfect condition even though the box clearly had a rough journey. Only 3 leaves and 1.5 tbsp of dirt were sacrificed. It was easy to unwrap and peel back the layer of brown crinkled paper. We're out of bananas, so I used a large apple for scale in my photos. I plan to re-pot these and gift them for Christmas, but they also look great as-is. I might buy some for myself!

They all appear to be healthy and intact. The included picture is just after removing the packing, so they have a little bit of dirt and whatnot. I had these sent as a gift to someone across the country, he was very happy to receive them.As best as I can tell from the picture he sent me, there is fantastic variety both in color, shape, and texture. I was slightly worried they'd all be about the same shape and color, but there is a good variety of tall/low lying, green/pink/frosted, fuzzy/smooth, and fat/thin leaved plants. Exactly the variety needed to make an arrangement. I'll have to see what they look like once they've grown a little bit and cleaned up, but I almost think I got a better variety than their model image of 11 possible plants. Two of them look fairly similar, but it doesn't bother me (and again, I'm viewing baby plants just from a picture, who knows what they'll grow into). I'm far from a succulent expert, I just think they look cool.I'll be sure to update if something happens and a bunch die, but I'm pretty hopeful, especially as I'm not the one trying to keep them alive. =) First time buying plants online, pretty happy with the results.

I bought a set of 11 on a Prime Daily Deal. They all came to me ALIVE and ready to be repotted. So far, about a month later, they're all still alive. Some have dropped some serious leaves -- but they're doing okay. They were wrapped in plastic wrap with a craft paper inside -- they're not particularly "giftable" because of the yucky presentation, but honestly, it got them here in one piece in the middle of Wisconsin winter - so I'm not complaining. I keep checking back to see if they're on sale again - because I'd like more! PS. Mine was a good assortment -- maybe 2 or three repeats at most.

I used a brush to clean them after I unpackaged them bc they had dirt all over bc shipping. They were so beautiful after!! A few of them that were on the side of the tray had broken leaves but nothing major. They still looked really good! This was a 2am impulse buy and I don’t regret it!

Pros:- All plants arrived intact and healthy- There is a good amount of color variationCons:- Each plant is wrapped individually, which is great for keeping them safe and alive. However, there is a massive amount of plastic wrap used, and now I have a full wastebasket of plastic which sort of negates the environmental benefit of plants. I do know other sellers on Amazon who successfully deliver healthy plants using 100% biodegradable and recyclable materials.- There are a lot of duplicates. Most of the plants have at least one duplicate, while one had four and some had three.- They are TINY. I should have read the description better; I thought I was buying 2inch grower's pots, not 2inches from the bottom of the pot to the top of the plant.

Oh wow I’m thrilled with these!! They’re perfect for what I was looking for. I’m using these for decorating. I also plucked some of the leaves and I’m using them for propagation. The plants are well packaged and healthy. If you want to buy online succulents at a very reasonable price, I highly recommend these!!!UPDATE: my propagation experiment is going really well. So not only did I get a bunch of beautiful succulents, but I’m getting a ton of new baby succulents from the ones I bought. Yay!

Wow! These showed up in a small box and I was confused at first but found when I opened it that I had 11 beautiful unharmed succulents individually wrapped and protected. The spotted guy actually took my breath away! These are excellently packaged, and showed up without any harm whatsover - they’re all smaller and perfect for gifting

These were packed perfectly and came in excellent condition, even though ups ignored the “fragile, this end up” sticker. They look great and I am super happy with the variety. Two kinds had duplicates, but that is perfect because my daughters wanted to keep them all instead of picking out what their teachers get. These are different from the ones we see in stores so I feel like they are more unique. We are putting these in cute containers and giving them at teacher gifts. I would definitely stick with this seller next time I need some.

These succulents arrived lovingly, carefully packed. Shredded crinkle paper was packed close around the plant itself, then each individual plant + crinkle paper was wrapped in plastic food wrap. It took me a while to get them all unwrapped, but don't get me wrong — I appreciate the care! With all of these, only a single one tall succulent has some damage and might not make it. The rest? **italian chef kiss** flawless. They look healthy, sturdy, full. I'm pretty happy with the variety. I got three of one (thankfully an interesting, handsome succulent variety), two of another, but also lots of one-offs. I'm replanting them this weekend after they get a chance to get over the shock of transport, but there's no visual reason I can see so far that they won't thrive and brighten up my office even more. Five stars, 'cross the board. Thank you for the love and care!

These are very healthy-looking beautiful succulents. I would have given them 5 stars, except that we received 3 of the same jellybean succulents (which is a very common variety). Also, the way they packaged the plants makes it very easy to break off the fragile leaves, so take extra care when you're unpacking them.

The plants arrived iin 1.5 INCH pots and are very healthy and well rooted. Ready to go directly into a 3 inch pot. Each plant is unique. The colors are magnificent and each plant has different leaf configuration. I got a silver dollar jade and 10 other plants that were just as unique.I will be buying from Costa Farms again and recommendint them to others. They carry all varieties of plants, not just succulents.
