These work great - like other reviewers mentioned, I didn't bother using the stainless steel zip ties, but instead used sturdy, long plastic ones that matched my railing colour. The design is great in every respect - my neighbour liked mine so much she bought two sets of 3! After the initial potting, I only use the watering holes to water the plants. I hang mine horizontally, but she's got two rows of three - they seem to work really well despite the stacking, because of the angle of the pots. The plastic is also very thick and sturdy, so I'm not worried about durability at all. Now, if only my plants can survive the winter ...

These were sold out almost everywhere but I was able to find them on Amazon! So easy to use and sturdy. They make a great statement on my deck. I would definitely recommend and order more in the future. A bit pricey but I am happy with my purchase!

What a great way to save space! These are great! I had to buy extra zip ties because they come with metal ones and if I have to move them or bring them in this winter I will have to cut them. I didnt even use the metal ones they came with.

This would be fine for a thin railing but if you have a deck like we do, they won't work. Our top railing of deck requires a 36 inch strap. We were forced to purchase longer straps for out deck.Otherwise they are very nice and the self watering is nice.I will come back and update after we have been using them for a longer period.

Perfect! I tried hanging grow bag material ones last year and those were too porous to retain moisture, did not hold shape well enough when hanging and worked so badly I tossed them. These are awesome! I could not hang them on fence due to my privacy fence being old I didn’t think the wood was in good enough condition to support the weight. I was able to hang on the expen I have surrounding my puppy potty area. Hood moisture and herbs are thriving. Will order another.

I bought these to reduce bulk on my already tiny patio garden. They were bigger than I expected and I'm using them for herbs. They install very easily and add a nice aesthetic. Perfect if you are limited on space and want some herbs!

These are awesome!!! They can hang from each other and are easy to water. They look nice too! The only thing is I used zip ties to strap onto the railings. The zips that come with them are super shiny and blind you when the sun hits them.I wish I bought more!!

I only have a small patio, but wanted to grow some fruits and veggies. I bought 3 sets to hang along my fence. These not only look beautiful, but work great!I didn’t when purchasing there’s a water reservoir at the bottom and you can water there directly. On hot summer days I can see how much water they used up. I don’t worry about over watering now!

These pots are so much fun! The only downside is the wire strap provided to attach them to the fence railing. They are very Difficult to deal with. So instead I used zip ties. I have tons of black zip ties that matched the black railing and they worked much better. If I ever need to take them down it will be easy whereas the included silver straps were difficult to work with. Other than that they are perfect. I have added a drip irrigation system to keep them watered. My little garden is looking great!! Everyone loves them, however I am now being called “the pot lady!” Not sure how I feel about that! ????

I bought these for a pallet gate that I set up. I staggered them on the pallet and they look fantastic. The self watering keeps my plants moist even in the Arizona heat. I definitely recommend this product!

I like these becasue I can hang them however OI please, they do not have to be all in a row or even together in a group. These can't be filled to the very top, and the bottoms get narrower so consider what you wish to plant carefully. I'd say one 4" potted nursery plant. Seedlings or the plants in tiny little 2 or 3 inch pots might be good too. I like mine for succulents as they need little care once established. The thing is finding a good place to hang them. I put 1.5" long stucco screws into the concrete wall, 2 per pot, and the pots filled with dirt and plants hang on those just fine.

Just bought our second set of these and are very pleased. When setting them up, be sure you push some dirt down into the three bottom holes (you will see what I mean when you open your package). This helps the water to wick up from the lower compartment. I hung them separately on a fence, not all three strung together. I used a suggestion from another purchaser and placed two eye hooks in the fence for each pot. I slid the metal bar through the two eye hooks before attaching the pot. It was super easy. It worked perfectly, and I can easily take the pot down to adjust the plants or change one of the plants out. See attached photos… Sorry if the photos are sideways!

Love these. I did find a different way to hang them. I wanted to be able to remove without cutting the metal zip tie. I used eye hooks and just ran the rod through them. (going to try and attach photos) I can take the planter down and move to a different location or just work on it without a major redo. Size wise each one holds 2 3" bedding plants or 1 5" plantI've already ordered another set.

Lovely, I thought It would be smaller, but they are big enough. Anyways I think it is overpriced.

I bought a bunch of these hanging pots to create my apartment balcony garden. I have an embarrassing number of these hanging garden pots, but I'm really pleased with them so far. In the photos, you can see that my seeds haven't sprouted yet. The public-facing pots on the front railing (not in the picture) have petunia; the private-facing pots on the top row have strawberries. On left public-facing side are three pots of nasturtiums (haven't sprouted yet); on the left private-facing side are two tomatoes and a pot of herbs. Beneath the top rows are lettuce and other small veg. In the second photo, you can see more strawberry plants, pots full of lettuce, my electric grill and more pots with seeds that haven't emerged yet as well as my pocket hose that hangs from one of the pots.Tip: if you don't want to cause damage to the railing, it's wise to purchase heavy-duty zip ties to hang the top pot. I bought 12" ties, 120-lb strength, and they *just* fit around my railing. I threw the metal zip ties in my husband's tool box. I'm sure he'll have a use for them at some point. It's not easy to hang pots on the outside rail. Ask another person to assist you, so you don't bean anyone when/if you drop the pot.Overall, a great product. I'd definitely buy more, but I don't have room and my husband is putting his foot down. "You have plenty," he said. I suppose...but that right corner might be perfect for just a couple more...

These are SUCH a great value. Very attractive and easy to use, easy to rearrange. I wish they came with plastic zip ties or reusable zip ties, like other users have said, because I do plan on moving a few times (apartment dweller!) and that would make it easier for me. The metal ties will slice your fingers up if you aren't careful, so beware! They stack well, you can fit a good amount of plant in them, they are just great!!! I love them.

I've been looking, for a long time, for hanging balcony planters for my apartment. What I have noticed is that many of them are costly. Plus, most other hanging planters require buying two separate pieces, and difficult assembly might be required. I found these 3 planters to fit perfectly with what I wanted for my small space. I was able to fill a large amount of soil in each and also a variety of succulents and impatiens. They are easy to assemble, I was able to put them up without the help of my husband. Great choice for any tiny garden!

Exactly as advertised. SO easy to set up. I spent an eternity looking for balcony flower boxes that would fit my thin railing, to no avail. These guys attach to anything. The one big thing is the metal ties are one-time, forever use. My advice would be to get some plastic zip ties from the hardware store and use those as they're easier to cut if you want to move these planters later. I colored in my zip ties with a sharpie to match the railing and it looks great.
