For the price, I expected this to be a bit thinner. It looks like something I got at IKEA. Two separate pieces make for easy assembly. It came its own a box, too, so if I wanted to gift this, I would’ve been all set to wrap it.

Very pretty, can be used for real or fake. I chose fake succulents but there is a drainage hole if you want to use for real ones. I especially like the wood tray it sits in. The white really makes the colors of flowers stand out.

It's super cute, a very simple design as you can see from the product pictures. I don't know why I was expecting it to be bigger when in the title says 6 inches but it was perfect for my 6 succulents without them being too crowded. It has one drainage hole which should be enough for the size. Arrived in perfect condition.

This planter is so adorable. I was able to fit three small succulents in it. I think it may become to shallow for them by the end of the summer, and I may have to move them to a bigger planter. Overall, I really like it and would recommend.

Adorable product. Just be aware of the size and measurements as it is super small. It looks stunning though. Very hiqh quality, great price. I hope my plants adapt to this.

It’s cute but I thought it was going to be bigger. Super cute tho. Fits 3 of my succulents.

We sent this to my mother-in-law for mother's day this year with some little succulent plants instead of an expensive bouquet of flowers! It arrived earlier than stated on the website and fits the four, 2.5" succulents we sent her perfectly. It would also make a lovely fruit bowl or candle stand (you would need to plug the hole in the bottom though). She is very pleased with it!

Absolutely loved this small little planter! It’s really tiny. It’s only a tiny bit larger than your hand. It’s just perfect for small little desert plants. Can’t believe it’s only $10

This is well made and looks very nice. The cork bottom works great for drainage as long as you do not overwater. Perfect for a cute succulent garden

This has only one small drainage hole on the bottom, which makes it really hard for the water to drain out and not very good for succulents- which is what it seems made for- being as shallow as it is:(

Very cute and dainty. Rather small, and unfortunately the bamboo bottom molded (I live in Ga though and everything molds).

Bought this for my 11 year old to plant succulents and she absolutely loves it! It’s so adorable! It’s tiny; I knew the dimensions upon ordering but was still surprised how tiny it is! The drainage hole is no bigger than a paper clip (that’s what I’m using when the soil clogged it). It’s very modern and minimalist in design, it will go with any decor.I added pictures with a computer mouse for reference to the size. The measurements are in the description from the seller. Not sure why some people are writing negative reviews based on that. It clearly states the dimensions. Maybe confused?

Cute and simple and fots lots of fake succulents. It wont hold sand because of the large drain hole in the bottom but it holds pebbles ok.

Okay, this is my own fault, but somehow I didn't pay attention to the size. This planter is really small. The picture shows it filled with several plants so I was expecting something bigger, but it is quite shallow. It is attractive though.

I bought this ceramic succulent pot for the succulents I had previously bought. This dish came very fast and was not broken or damaged! It does not leak when you put soil in it and it has a very nice bamboo plate to go under it to prevent leaking. The only issue I had was the dish was quite shallow. This could be a potential problem, I am a little worried to see what happens as my succulents grow in the shallow dish. I am afraid their roots will not be able to grow very well. But we will see. I will update. :) but you should definitely buy this product!

Totally my bad, I was in a hurry and sent thinking the plants were included. Mom loves the dishI’m sending plants now. We had a good laugh

Product arrived fast and very well packaged . This product is just a described, it’s exactly what I was looking for, goes well on my window where I intended to keep it for the light. I order my succulents a week ago from another seller, as well as a terrarium kit. I think the price is on point as well. Will get another one to make a gift .

After my glass terrarium pot shattered, I bought this to hold my air plants with some petrified wood, tumbled carnelian gem bits and a howlite skull for a sort of desert-looking theme. The ceramic dish is sturdy and has a drainage hole in the bottom should it be needed. My main concern for anyone putting soil and water in this is that the bamboo saucer beneath could soak up water and rot or sprout mold if you aren’t careful. For my purposes it’s perfect since air plants are watered differently. Quite happy with this!

I have started collecting succulents, and have recently began trying to propagate them from leaves into new full plants. I originally had all the leaves in a bowl, but once they sprouted new stalks I figured it was time for a new pot. I love this pot because it's super wide so you can fit a bunch of mini new plants in there, and its not deep so it's easy to plant the tiny plants. It's even good for more propagation since you have to have room for them to lay on top of the soil. It matches the rest of my plant decor well and fits conveniently on my window sill. It came in great condition. The only drawback is that there is only one small hole on the bottom. However, since it's so shallow, you really don't need a lot of water anyways to saturate it.

Pros:* Clean, modern design* Good value for moneyCons:* It's really short. There's not much space for roots.* Poor drainage. There's one small drainage hole and the bottom is curved so the drainage hole is a little elevated.

I love this pot, but the bottom is not flat, and the hole in the center is every so slightly higher than the rest of the bottom so water pools along the walls. I didn't notice after the first day of repotting a plant and fully saturating it with water to reduce its transplant-induce stress, but on the second day I noticed some mold at the base of the plant's stem so I moved it outside to let it dry out and that's when I noticed there was water pooling inside and leaking. I remedied this by buying some gravel so any sitting water is not in the soil and away from the plants' roots, but still something to consider if you're thoroughly soaking your succulents between waterings!

Only big enough to fit my small succulents, but very good quality.I thought it would be good for my medium sized ones, but could only fit my little babies.Such a beautiful build!!

Smaller than expected. Measurements areCorrect, just make sure to carefully visualize the size. I expected a larger planter. Other wise very nice, good quality and very elegant. The size issue was my fault.

The planter pot matches the online picture perfectly. I bought it to transfer a tall succulent that needed a bigger area to thrive, but I noticed after transferring it, the planter pot isn't as "deep" as I need it to be to support the type of succulent I have (see picture I included). Thus, this planter pot is better for succulents that are low to the ground (similar to the online picture). Even so, the ceramic pot is pretty and the bamboo is nice.

I bought this for my mom for mother’s day and she loved it. I bought two different types of succulents and put them inside with rocks on the bottom and soil on top. It’s only six inches, so you will only be able to fit 2-3 succulents inside. This is super cute and my mom loved it.

This planter is almost exactly what I was looking for! I think I misread the dimensions, thought it said inches and was actually marked as centimeters so it’s smaller than I expected. Nevertheless it worked perfectly for the cacti I ordered on Amazon and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a cute, small planter for succulents!

I love the look of the white ceramic vase and wood together. It is great to add to the decor of your home. It is very much my style and looks very sleek and minimalistic. I should have read the description more closely. I thought it came with the succulents and filler. I was a bit disappointing to discover that, but it was my own mistake. I plan on purchasing the materials to fill the vase because I really think succulents would look great it in. Overall, it feel and looks like good quality.

I got a bunch of smaller succulents for this guy and it works perfectly. I saw some of the reviews said it was too small, but make sure to check the dimensions in the description and you shouldn’t have a problem. The bowl itself is pretty small (6”) but it was perfect for my arrangement and you could easily fit a few bigger succulents or a bunch of smaller ones just fine. Very modern look and I love the bamboo tray. It’s going to make a great accent piece for my record shelf.

After a few weeks of use I updated my review from 4 stars to 3 because even though there's a drain hole in the bottom, water doesn't drain out completely due to the curved shape on the bottom. My succulents developed mold because the water sat there. I have changed to gritty soil only and the situation seems to improve a bit. But I am closely monitoring my plants.

It's an attractive pot and base. It deserves 5 stars for appearance and quality. But depending on what you are planing - it is very shallow. I bought several similar planters at the same time. The succulents in the deeper planters are thriving while the ones in this planter are dying off fast. I don't think there is enough depth to hold moisture in granular soil.

This is exactly what I expected. It's very sleek and clean, and efficient with space. I plan on painting some desert scenes on the sides and putting in some succulents as a gift. The one thing I'd mention is that the bottom of the dish is not as smooth and polished as the edges, so when I pick it up there is some rough bits that scratch at my fingers (nothing serious, just a minor irritant). Really a great little planter.

Perfect succulent planter. Holds more plants than I expected and looks great in our room. The white is a nice pop of color. Also love the bamboo tray. Ended up buying several varieties of this stule: round, 3 small rounds & a shell shaped.

I got this "succulent planter" for a new plant I got a few days earlier. The new plant is called a "Kokedama", and it is a plant that is planted in a moss ball with specific dirt etc. These plants don't get buried in dirt like most "regular" plants. To water, all you do is put the moss ball in water for 5 minutes once a week, then put in a saucer/bowl . I didn't want a deep dish, just something high enough to protect the ball and to catch any water should any drain out of the ball. This 6 inch planter is PERFECT! The 6 inch diameter is exactly the size I needed for this particular plant, and the 1 1/2 inch high wall gives my plant the perfect protection. I love how simple it is, minimalist. White goes with everything and the Bamboo tray adds just a bit of class. This planter is exactly as described! As an add on, I just want to say that I can't stand people who give products a minimal to negative review because of something that is NOT the products fault. READ EVERY PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION! You won't be disappointed when you don't get the plants that are in the photos , and PLEASE don't blame a container for your plants dying!!! That has to do with either the environment, under/over watering or YOU not knowing how to take care of the plants!I highly recommend this planter...for many things. From planting succulents , to holding jewelry , and even a Hamster Litter Box!!! It's very well made, high quality, and I just love it!I've added a photo of my Kokedama plant, in this 6 inch planter.

This planter is adorable! Yes, it is small, but the measurements are accurate. It's well made and makes for a modern, cute look for my succulents. I certainly haven't found one this cute in stores!I planted 6, 2 inch succulents in this, and there's room for a few more. It's not deep, so keep in mind that the plants you want to put in here can't bee too big. I'll probably order another one of these!

Great for my succulents. Has a draining hole. Came packaged nicely. Love the wood bottom so if water comes out it doesnt get everywhere

Item was smaller than anticipated. I have an aloe and a cactus that I was planning to use this dish for. Both are not that big but would not be able to fit in this dish as the sides are too shallow for them. The dish is pretty shallow so your succulents would have to be pretty small to fit. Not quite sure how well it drains either since there's only one small hole on the bottom.

An amazing little pot for my new succulent and cacti. Nice and shallow with a nice hole in the bottom for drainage. Perfect for succulents and cacti! It looks just like the picture and it arrived in great condition! Absolutely gorgeous addition to my little college dorm room.

Very cute- exactly as pictured. Wish that it had a couple additional holes for drainage, though. There's only one very small (~dime size) hole, and it's like....dead center on the pot. Bit of an odd choice, ESPECIALLY if you wanted to nicely center your plant, as you risk the roots drooping out of the whole. Or (conversely), if this is for succulents, they may experience root rot/excessive moisture on the edges of the pot. I have my plants in cocopeat (with some aesthetically pleasing rocks as a top layer to facilitate drainage). If you choose to go with this lovely pot, be sure you have the experience to care for your plants properly- you may have to make some adjustments!

Perfect container for succulents. Smaller than I expected but I didn’t really read the dimensions when I ordered. Plastic bowl on left vs ceramic container on Right.

Very cute! This is a very well made, stunning pot for a succulent garden or flower bed. It's pretty shallow, but still perfect for housing a group of succulents or plants. I really love the look of it and am happy with this purchase. Would recommend!!

A bit smaller than I imagined. I can comfortably fit in three or four succulents in this planter. It's overall simple but pretty.

This is really nice, a cute way to keep my little succulent plants on my desk. It's shallow, so make sure that you check the depth, if you're buying to replant something you already have. It was a bit too shallow for my plants, but I heaped the soil and then added a layer of river stones, and it looks nice.

12/21/17 Just as an update on my succulents: They are thriving in this small planter! The drainage hole’s size is perfect and keeps the soil from becoming too dry/too moist. Really nice environment for growing succulents.09/2017 Original post: It’s fairly small. I’m using this to propagate a few succulents and its working nicely. Has a drainage hole and it came delivered in one piece with no cracks. I placed a coffee cup near it for scale.

The succulent fad is one I'm 100% down with. I've already got one of those glass terrariums to chic up my living room, but the kitchen's still a suburban snoozefest, so I figured why not continue the trend? In an effort to keep things interesting, I went with a planter this time, and chose this particular one because of its clean, minimalist design. In person, it's just as charming as the photos! The "bowl" (for lack of a better word) is well-made, with a smooth glaze unmarred by those little bubbles that always seem to pop up in cheap pottery. While not especially thick, the ceramic feels sturdy. It fits perfectly onto the bamboo "plate" (once again, I need a better word), which is nicely sanded and includes a shallow lip to keep the bowl in place and prevent water from spilling out. Together the mix of materials makes for a contemporary look that's giving my kitchen table an understated Pinterest appeal. All I need now are some gauzy bedroom curtains and a vintage rotary phone, and I'll be Houzz-Ready!

Pretty but too shallow for most succulents. I now use it to hold the leaves I'm propagating.

This is a simple yet attractive succulent planter. It is a bit smaller than I expected as the picture seems to show a lot of little plants in there. I honestly don't know how it could fit that many but I'll find out soon when I go to plant mine. I like that the white bowl has a drainage hole but people will need to remember to take the bowl off the wooden stand when watering and let it drain first before replacing on the stand so as not to cause the wood to rot. This planter is actually a perfect size for a desk and that's where I plan to put mine.

This planter is so cute! It has a hole in the bottom for draining and a tray to protect the surface where you place it from drainage!

This makes for a fun project. The bowl is shallow and wide so it's a good size for a variety of succulents. There is a hole on the bottom for drainage. New succulent plants can grow from clippings so its easy to complete this project by taking clippings from other succulents you or your friends have. It can also be a nice gift because it's home made when you plant the succulent arrangement yourself.
