Looks pretty, but the rattan box is open on the bottom and the plastic planters that you have to insert in the rattan box are really tiny, so not enough room for bigger plants:(Also when you water, the water runs right through and messes up the floor/ ground.

This is a very attractive-looking planter, though I was a bit surprised once I realized that much of the overall planter dimensions are for the Exterior or decorative portion of the planter. The plastic insert, into which you actually would put your plants, is quite a bit smaller, so there's not all that much space for plants, as you might expect.The assembly directions, and the labelling of the various parts, is horrid. The parts come in a shrink-wrapped package, with taped 'letters' stuck onto the shrink-wrap itself...the idea being that these 'letters' will help you identify the various parts, for when it's time to actually assemble the planter for use as a hanging planter.However, what the manufacturer failed to consider was, once you OPEN the shrink-wrap to remove all the various parts for assembly, the letters that were stuck onto the shrink-wrap itself are now utterly meaningless. You have no idea which 'letters' correspond to 'which' parts.Attempts to then get help from the seller were futile, because ....yup...you guessed it....they are located in China!Anyway, I finally figured out how to assemble it for hanging over a wide balcony rail. However, it does not appear all that well designed, as the holes into which you insert the screws/hooks are directly surrounded by protruding 'weave' lines in the exterior planter. This means that, when you try to screw in the hooks, they can't lay flush or flat, because of the protruding weave of the exterior/decorative planter.Hopefully once I add heavy dirt and plants into the planter, it WILL hold?Also, while this is a nice-looking planter, I think it's priced way too high for what it is. But, I was willing to pay for it, since I'm very particular about aesthetic, and this was one of the nicest planters I'd seen.I'd give it 5 stars if it were priced less, if the assembly directions were better, and if they had customer service in the US.

I recieved my first C-hopetree planter box around Christmas and fell in love with it. Thanks to the larger hooks, it fits perfectly on my balcony railing. This planter even has three different containers to plant multiple plants in. Great design!!! I love it!A few weeks ago, with spring knocking my door, I purchased a second planter for my balcony. This time the box did not come with the larger hooks. Disappointed, I reached out to C-Hopetree to ask them about the hooks. Tina was a great help and quickly had replacement hardware shipped to me.I am 100% happy customer! Wonderful product, wonderful customer service! I’m debating buying a Third box now! :D

Wall mounted Succulent Planter. Smaller than I expected. Horizontal dimetion of 15" is measured of the cicumference Not the diameter But I can use it.

Beautiful looking and extremely well made.....I filled it with artificial flowers, put it on the floor of my terrace (I did no plan to use the hooks to hang it although that is a nice option) and it is a source of delight whenever I look at it......exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it to anyone........may even buy another for myself!

The application for mounting was difficult to find a secure & safe pot with the really that I own. I was able to install both options of the loop and the hook together which was a must in this application

Love this planter with one exception. There is no water tray in the bottom to prevent the water from draining out. Easy enough to fix I think and once the weather gets better I'll probably move it outside anyway.

Beautiful. Doesn't come with a bottom, so you need to find some sort of drainage tray if using indoors.

Really great quality. Perfect for outdoor balcony. Love the wicker look. Easy to assemble. It is not the same size as the 1 pot flower box, just by a few centimeters, but I was hoping they would be the same size.

I ordered the 3-plant holder as well as the double and single and love them all. They are well made, very sturdy, and look great hanging on my fence. Would totally recommend them and they arrived promptly and very well packed.
